Congratulations on winning a free Senior Photo Session! I am thrilled to be able to do this, and am excited to take your senior photos! I won’t get to see it, but I hope all your fellow seniors are jealous of the photos you get!
What to Expect
Most people have come to know me from the Pla-Mor Ballroom as the one who takes all the pictures, in addition to knowing how to dance. What you can expect is that same dedication to ensuring that great photos are taken at the Pla-Mor Ballroom will be applied to the Senior Photo Shoots I am giving away.
You should expect that I will have dad jokes and bad puns loaded on my phone as I have found they are a great way to get a great smile in a photograph! Also, expect to bring whatever your senior would want in their photos so they’re different from the photos someone else may get. Pets are totally welcome as my family has had cats and dogs in the past and I have no known allergies.
Expect your session to last two hours, with the sessions usually being scheduled around sunset to provide what is known as the “golden hour effect” to your photos. While one can schedule a shoot earlier in the day, especially on Saturdays and Sundays if necessary, I have found that most people prefer the times around sunset. If you cannot make it to supervise the shoot, feel free to send a signed Chaperone Authorization back to me or bring it to the photography session with the chaperone you designate in your place.
Rules
By redeeming your winning entry in my Senior Photo Session Giveaway, understand you are agreeing to the following:
- You must be 18 and over to have entered. If under 18, your parent or legal guardian must have entered for you. All entries not meeting this requirement will be considered invalid. A signed Minor Release Request Form will be required at the time of or prior to the photo session.
- You must not have won any other Stark Photography giveaway in the past six (6) months. All entries not meeting this requirement will be considered invalid as to give others a fair chance of winning.
- Each session will be for two (2) hours. The winners will work with Stark Photography to determine an acceptable time and location to have the session.
- One parent or legal guardian is required to be present during the session, or a person over the age of eighteen (18) authorized by a parent or legal guardian by providing a written statement to Stark Photography before or at the time of the session authorizing said person to be a proxy for a parent or legal guardian (the Chaperone Authorization). If this requirement is not met, the session will be rescheduled to a date and time when this requirement can be met.
- The session will be for the reason listed for entering on the entry form (Senior Photos, Graduation Photos). If the session ends up being used for a different purpose than indicated on the entry form, your session will be canceled and another winner will be picked from the entry pool.
- Winners have the option of withdrawing, in which case another winner will be chosen and contacted.
- Winners can have the prize transferred at Stark Photography’s discretion.
- All winners must reside within sixty (60) miles of Omaha. This includes, but is not limited to, cities and towns such as Fremont, Neola, Nebraska City, Lincoln, Wahoo, and Seward.
- All photos will be delivered without watermarks, but Stark Photography does ask that you credit Stark Photography in the event photos from the sessions are posted to social media.
- Stark Photography retains the rights to use any photos taken in any of the sessions for marketing reasons related to the promotion of services that Stark Photography provides. Stark Photography will not use any photos taken that are deemed too personal (such as a couple kissing) for Stark Photography to post publicly.
- Stark Photography will only use the photos for marketing purposes after you have received and reviewed the photos. If there has not been a response from you in a week of sending the photos, Stark Photography will assume that you have received them and that you are satisfied with the results.
- Stark Photography will not sell or give away any personal information collected and will only be used for sending physical media to the winners and determining eligibility for winning.
