I get it, family portraits aren’t always fun. Awkward smiles, bad posing, and everyone looking like they’re taking a photo for a church directory. As the house photographer for the Pla-Mor Ballroom for over six years, I know I can deliver you beautiful photos that will be used from the annual Christmas card to framed prints on the wall.
Along with the volunteer work I do for organizations such as Miss Amazing, I have plenty of experience bringing an upbeat and energetic personality that results in natural smiles and fun-filled photos. As this is a side-gig, I can also give you a reasonable price too!

What to Expect
If you want to meet me in person before your shoot, we can definitely do that! It can be at a coffee shop or over a Skype video call, whichever you prefer. We can discuss all the awesome shots you want, and the date and time for your session!
Day of the Session
I will show up a bit early on the day of your photo shoot to check if the locations will still work. After checking the locations, I will either begin setting up or reaching out in case we need to change plans.
Other than that, have fun during your session while I capture it all for you! That with what I learn about you at the meet-up, I’m sure I’ll capture photos you’ll love.
After the Session
After the photo shoot is finished, I will get to going through them and editing them as soon as my schedule allows. You will then get a link to a digital gallery to view a sneak peek of your photos within a day or two if the session.
Once I finish editing them, I will upload them to the same gallery and mail you a USB drive along with your complimentary prints (if applicable). I will email you the tracking information regarding the USB drive and prints as well.
Pricing
I keep my pricing simple because even I don’t like having to price things, so I only charge by how long I’ll be taking your photos.

Frequently Asked Questions
Totally! I’ve grown up around cats and dogs (and had, hands down, the coolest cat in high school) and have no known allergies so pets are totally welcome!
Unless the location chosen does not allow pets, then they cannot come.
I do travel. As long as your session is within 100 miles of Omaha, you don’t have to worry about travel costs. Outside of that, I will charge $0.40 per mile (one-way) I have to travel.
If I’m in your area by coincidence or if I have multiple sessions scheduled there, this charge is waived. The charge is also waived for families in the Sidney and Ogallala, Nebraska areas.
Sure! Each 5×7 is $3 and each 8×10 is $5. I usually let you handle prints larger than that, or if you want canvas prints.
The Silver and Gold packages do include complimentary prints if you go that route.
Not really, due to my main job being Monday-Friday 8-5. There might be a bit of flex depending on how much is needed.
If we do need to reschedule for any reason, I do offer free no questions asked rescheduling to help make up for this.

You don’t have to credit me every time you do post. A shoutout once in a while is nice though!
I really do this part-time outside of my day job as a software engineer. Because of that, I charge less because I’m just trying to cover my photography equipment purchases. š
I only take payment after your photo session is completed to simplify things for you and me.
